Frequently asked questions about EatSayLove

All prints are packaged in protective cellophane sleeves FLAT in rigid mailers with A thick backing board to reinforce. This includes 11x14 prints. PLEASE KINDLY RECYCLE!

All prints are shipped USPS first class mail. Please see shop announcement for current ship times.
To ensure your print lasts, I suggest framing in a frame that has glass to protect the print from water, staining, and of course the sun.
If you are purchasing a print as a gift and shipping directly to that person, please let me know by making a note to me at checkout or immediately after ordering by sending me a message. I will include either a short handwritten note or a gift receipt. My packages already have a little washi tape accent on them so the packaging looks like a little gift!
Prints are available in 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, and 11x14 sizes only. (These measurements are in inches)
I do not offer any framing options at this time. All prints fit into standard frame sizes sold in the US.
No, for copyright reasons, I do not offer downloads. Physical prints only.
While extremely rare, if a package ends up missing along it's travels to you, I will send a replacement after both you & I have contacted the postal service. Because mail can be delayed for a variety of reasons, I will wait 3 weeks from the original ship date of the first package for US orders, and 5 weeks for International orders before sending a replacement. Please let me know if you do not receive your package in that amount of time, otherwise I will assume you received your print(s). I am not responsible for lost mail due to incorrect address.
I ship using rigid mailers to make sure that prints do not bend in transit. All envelops are also marked DO NOT BEND, however sometimes on rare occasions the post office or mail carrier can get a little rough. PLEASE let me know RIGHT AWAY when you get your print if it bent or damaged. I will have no idea otherwise and will assume all is well if I do not hear otherwise :)
I do when time permits and if the project is doable to me. Please message me with exactly what you are looking for and I will get back to you. Cost may vary.
For US customers - Yes, tracking is included on all US orders - you will receive a tracking number when you receive your email confirming your print has been shipped.

For International customers - Tracking is limited on International orders. Once shipped you will receive an email notifying you along with customs number. Orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive once shipped. Delivery confirmation is included.
