Claims for damaged items

We ensure secure packaging for all our shipment, once your item leaves us, liability is with the carrier. Please raise all claims with USPS (or selected carrier) as claims can only to be processed by buyers. All orders will be provided with a tracking number, use this number to raise your claim.
