This listing is for a non-refundable deposit toward a custom T-shirt quilt, thoughtfully designed around your unique collection of shirts. The deposit will be applied to your final invoice. The balance is due once your quilt is completed and ready to ship.
Current turnaround time: 45–60 business days (begins when I receive your shirts, not when the deposit is paid).

💡 How Sizing & Pricing Work
The prices listed above reflect the cost of the T-shirt quilts based on the number of shirts used — not the finished quilt size. Since each quilt is custom-designed around your specific shirts, the exact size cannot be determined until I have received your items and begin the layout process.
My quilts differ from most traditional T-shirt quilts in that I use varying block sizes. This allows for a more visually pleasing design and enables me to incorporate small or unique details — like pocket prints, sleeve graphics, or tiny logos — that would otherwise be discarded.
I will use every item you send. I do not leave shirts out. Most shirts have at least one usable design, and many have two or more. The final size of your quilt is shaped by the number and size of designs on your shirts and is fully tailored to your collection.

🧵 Quilt Style & Customization
My quilts are designed using varying block sizes, allowing me to feature even the small or unique details like pockets, sleeve graphics, or small logos. I’ll use every item you send — nothing goes to waste.
If you have fewer than 12 shirts, I can add complimentary fabric to enhance the size and character of your quilt. I can also incorporate items like sweatshirts, dri-fit, jerseys, and other non-traditional garments.

🪡 Materials & Construction
Each quilt is professionally quilted on a longarm quilting machine using an all-over meander design, offering a soft, durable, and timeless finish.
Custom quilting is available for an additional fee — contact me for more details.
I use only high-quality materials:
• 100% cotton quilting fabric (default backing)
• 80/20 cotton/poly batting
• No stabilizer unless needed for delicate or stretchy garments (like jerseys or dri-fit)
Prefer something extra soft? You can upgrade to a minky/cuddle fabric backing for an additional $50. This adds a plush, cozy feel that’s especially great for snuggling.
Edges are finished with traditional double-fold binding to ensure durability and longevity. Your quilt will be soft, comfortable, and crafted to last a lifetime.

📦 Sending Your Shirts
After placing your deposit, you’ll receive detailed instructions on where and how to ship your items.
Please don’t cut your shirts. If already cut, contact me—additional fees may apply.
Once your shirts are received, I’ll confirm with a message. You’ll receive a photo of the completed quilt and a link to your final payment listing. Your quilt will ship once final payment is received.
Quilts unpaid after 3 months will be donated.

🚚 Shipping
You are responsible for shipping your shirts to me (with tracking).
Return shipping of your finished quilt is included in the total price. Quilts are returned with tracking and insurance.

🧼 Care Instructions
Machine wash cold on gentle. Tumble dry low or air dry.
Wash with a color catcher to prevent dye transfer. Some shrinkage may occur during the first wash. Do not pull loose threads—trim with scissors.

• All quilts are handmade and may have small imperfections.
• I reserve creative freedom in block sizing and layout unless specific requests are made in advance.
• I am not liable for peeling vinyl graphics or fading after washing.
• I may use images of your quilt for future listings or marketing unless requested otherwise.
