Andrea was very responsive from the very beginning. We reached out initially to see if she could create a proof of an owl tree with the exact colors we wanted before placing an order. She got us the proof right away. She gave us updates of the status of our order throughout the process. She was wonderful to work with and also provided us with a decal that we had envisioned for our first baby nursery! The decal itself it was easy enough to hang up. I would recommend having 2 people available to hang the tree parts as they are larger. I would also recommend giving yourself a few hours to hang as the rest of the decal is separate pieces.
