Please contact me if you have certain pictures, fabric or colors you would like specifically matched. Please note some custom items do NOT qualify for a return or exchange. When will my order ship?

All orders ship 1 week PRIOR to date that was left at checkout (depending on current mail times or delays). They then have 2-4 days in transit. If you want sooner please leave a date you want in hand no later than. You will get an automated message with tracking info when they ship.

NO damage claims will be accepted after your event date.

Incorrect Addresses are at no fault or extra cost to to seller. If you catch a wrong address after you order and before the item ships message me immediately and I will correct at no charge. Once the item ships unfortunately it is out of the hands of the seller and you must contact the postal office to try to intercept or locate the package. If and when the item returns to the seller the item can be reshipped to the buyer at the buyers expense of a new shipping label. Per circumstance if the item will not make it for an event needed by date when re shipped a partial refund may/may not be given depending on item customization (minus the shipping costs).

Due to the custom nature of the made to order items I do not typically accept cancellations. If you have made a mistake please contact me immediately to resolve any issues. Some exceptions to this rule may apply. Once the item has already been made and/or shipped there can not be any changes made unfortunately.
