I created this hand embroidery to be a patch that is easily hand sewn onto the back of your mans tie, but it can be used in other ways too.

Many brides also attach their patches to Jackets & Vests or add a something blue to the inside of their own wedding gown. I have even created patches for bridesmaids dresses and sweet patches to put inside the mother of the brides dress. Not only boys get the love! Girls too :)

My tie patches are very sturdy and easy to work with. I will include instructions to attach your patch when you order.

All tie patches are hand embroidered on an Ivory Linen fabric with 2 coordinating colors of your choice. One color for the text and one color for the heart outline.

I offer 5 sizes of patches in my shop:

+ 3" X 5" rectangle patch for a standard tie 3.5 or larger at the widest part

+ 3" patch for a standard tie 3.5 inches or larger at the widest part

+ 2.75" patch for a slim tie that is 3" at the widest part

+ 2" patch for a skinny tie that is 2.5" at the widest part

+ 1.5" patch for a bow tie that is 2" at the widest part

*Not all requested text can fit on a 2" Skinny Patch or a 1.5" bow tie patch. Text space is very limited. Please only purchase a skinny patch listing or a bow tie listing for your small patch requests.

Everything in my shop is available to make custom or personal just for you.

All you need to do is select your item and leave me your custom details in the message to seller box.

I will need your patch size, text , date and (2) color choices. One for the text and one for the heart outline.

Directions to send your images will be emailed to you.

When selecting your color choices please be sure to describe your color. I have almost every color thread that is made for embroidery.

*example of color descriptions:
Green is your color choice. Please try to describe your color as close as possible - mint green, apple green, lime green, forest green, sage green, olive green.

You can always send me a picture of your color choice too.

Ties come in many sizes. The most common size it a standard 4" wide tie. But, you can also have your slim ties at 3.5" or you can have your skinny ties at just 2.5". You may even have a bow tie, which is very tiny at only 2" wide.

YES! I can customize your special message. I do a lot of personal message on my patches. No need to be shy, I have stitches all kinds of requests :)

I offer several word limit options to fit most patch requests.

I can even add other designs to your patches. I have stitched flowers, bees, lightning bolts, cancer awareness ribbons and more. Just ask! I can most likely make it happen.

My turnaround time can vary during the wedding season. I strive to keep items shipping in less than 4 weeks. I update all orders weekly to reflect my current turnaround.

I do offer RUSH items that ship in 7 days AND I may have space for those last minute brides - just send me a message to see if I can make it work for you.

When you place your order you will receive an approximate shipping date directly from etsy. This date will be close to your date, but may not be exact. Please contact me directly for you exact ship date.

I ship all of my items thru the USPS service.

Standard shipping is 3-5 days
2 day priority shipping can take 3 days
I do not offer Overnight shipping.

The USPS states they have 21 business days to deliver your item before it is deemed missing or lost.

I can not guarantee any delivery dates, time frames or methods thru the USPS system. Once I hand over the package to the USPS it becomes the property of the USPS and only they have control over your package. All concerns and or questions regarding the delivery of your package must be expressed directly to the USPS.

Please obtain a Case Number before you contact me regarding your delayed package. I will do my best to assist your locate your item, but contacting the USPS is your best bet.

All of my patches are sturdy and easy to work with. Each order will receive detailed instructions to hand stitch your patch to your tie, jacket, dress or anything.....

All you will need is a few straight pins, a needle and a good length of thread. Follow your directions and tah- dah! I know you can do it!

My NEWest shop option is to have your patch finished with an Iron on adhesive that makes attaching your patch even easier. All you need to do is add the Iron on option to your order and I will create your patch ready to heat & press. Iron on patches are super easy and take just 2 minutes to attach :)

Please be mindful when handling your hand stitched embroidery, handmade items should always be treated with care.

Patches with out a picture can be spot cleaned or ironed as needed. Do not use a colored detergent as this could stain the fabric.

Picture patches can not get wet in any way. Picture Patches are printed with INK and the ink will run, blur or be forever damaged if water touches them.

Do not use Steam on your Picture Patch, steam is water and this will damage your picture patch.

I do not issue refunds, exchanges or create new patches for anyone who damages their patch after they receive them.

Really gorgeous tie patches, our bridal party and my dad loved them! One of the patches was made slightly too wide for the tie so I had to trim it slightly, but Rebecca was great about it and offered a refund straight away. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these beautiful patches to anybody, they're such a lovely surprising touch. Thanks again!

Overall impressed w/the quality of the patch, however, communication was lacking on the seller's part. There should not be an option to choose the size of patch AND the number of words you would like if the seller is just going to make whichever size patch she sees fit for the number of words chosen. I purchased a small patch to fit on an already purchased tie, but received a larger patch. When I contacted her about it not fitting the tie, she said that it wasn't all going to fit on a smaller patch. That's completely understandable, but she should have reached out to me and said that before making the executive decision to make a larger patch. She ended up remaking me a smaller patch, but it was made and sent before she got my approval for the layout. Still was not the shape/size I ordered. Preproduction approval process maybe?
