I made this creation by cutting out and repurposing a new fancy Greeting card of a Bride and Groom kissing. The Bride has an off the shoulder gown that is beaded with silver and pearlescent accents for the top and an overlay of shimmery cream ribbon for the bottom of the gown and the veil. She is holding a bouquet of pink roses behind her back. She is leaning in to kiss her groom who is dressed in gray tophot and tails and gray and black pin-striped pants. They are set standing on top of an oval mirror using heavy metal wiring and permanent glue. Parts of the mirror and all of the wiring are covered in small paper flowers of various shades of pink and white that match well the flowers in her bouquet and in his boutiniere. You cannot see the metal wiring. This is a cake topper meant to be viewed from the front and sides. The oval mirror on which the couple stands is beveled and is 8 " long by 6" wide. The cake topper is 7 1/2" tall. This is a more contemporary representation of my collage art.
