Absolutely DO NOT order wedding stationary here!!!!! I ordered menus through this company, The details specifically said that a PDF will be emailed to me prior to check details before menus are then sent in the post. I got a notification that they were being sent. I politely asked for the PDF and she refused saying that she doesn’t give the PDFs. I screenshotted and showed her what her details said on ETSY, she lied and told me that’s only when people order a PDF not a sample. That’s a lie because it’s not even an option on her page. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING! Paula was so rude and just cancelled the order. She has wasted my time, these are my wedding menus and I’ve wasted days waiting for them and now she won’t assist at all. What a greedy and rude woman! If you’re a bride to be don’t give yourself more stress. Stay away!!

Hi Kelly, I’m sorry this experience felt stressful, especially while planning a wedding. To clarify for future customers: this order was placed for 1 x printed sample (not a larger quantity), which does not include a digital PDF proof. PDF files are only provided when a full order of 10 or more are purchased. When it became clear that what was expected did not align with what was ordered, I chose to cancel and fully refund the sample order rather than proceed with something you weren’t happy with. I wish you the best with the rest of your planning.
