Vintage Girl Scout Uniform - Dress, Sash with Badges, and Yellow Tie, Four Winds Council, 1960s or 1970s

Here, we have a great lot of two vintage Girl Scout items!

First, let's talk about the dress. It's c. the 1960s. It has a Girl Scout badge on the left shoulder. Two pockets on the skirt, and one breast pocket on the left side. The label says it's 65% Dacron, 35% Cotton. There is a tiny stain on the back of the skirt, and a couple of tiny snags. There is an area just above the breast pocket where perhaps there was a badge or something sewn -? Otherwise, it's in very nice vintage condition.
Measurements: waist is 12.5" flat; bust is 14.5", flat; 24.25" from middle of shoulder to hem.

The sash is dark green, and may be a bit newer than the dress. It's also from the Four Winds Council, #81. It includes the council badge (daisy), and nine other badges, including art, baking, and skating. It's in very good condition. 24" long; 5" wide. It also includes five star pins.
