Custom orders are sometimes accepted depending on how busy I may be at the time. These will sometimes need a couple of extra days (whilst they are being made) and so postage can be 3-4 days after ordering rather than 1-2 days. All custom items will be shown as photos to the buyer once they are made up but payment should be made within 24 hours of the listing being posted in the shop and before items are made.

All rings are adjustable so can fit all adult sized fingers from 17mm diameter upwards. The chain lengths are shown on each pendant listing with a choice of lengths available

Although they look delicate they are very strong, dont be afraid that they will break but do try to avoid dropping them on the ground or banging them against a hard surface.

All items are sent securely wrapped in bubblewrap and inside a padded envelope which is marked as 'fragile'. There is also a free organza bag and there is the option of having your purchase gift wrapped. Also all 925 silver earrings have free gift boxing included in the purchase

All international parcels are now sent 1st class TRACKED shipping, where applicable, by Royal Mail. UK parcels are 1st class UNTRACKED but can be sent as tracked if you prefer just get in touch with me before purchase

Please be aware that I cannot guarantee arrival for specific dates on orders as this depends on the postal services but i do obtain a Royal Mail Proof of Postage receipt for every parcel i send to show that parcels are posted at the date stated on the postal notification that i send to each customer at the time of postage

Some countries will charge customs fees on items over a certain value. It is the buyers responsibility to pay their country's customs fees if they are charged.

Where the order is for a large number of items, has a high monetary value or is a custom order then the postage must be sent by TRACKED shipping and, if the parcel is heavier than average, this can mean that the cost for tracked shipping is higher than usual so extra shipping may need to be paid, for the customers own protection, against missing or damaged goods. If this is the case i will get in touch to let you know exactly what the extra cost would be

Everything is posted first class Royal Mail which is untracked but shows when the item is delivered.
Royal Mail proof of postage receipts are obtained by me for every parcel posted.
Orders valued above £40 need to be sent as TRACKED which it is up to the customer to purchase. If you would like a lower value parcel tracked this is also available.
I am not responsible for items lost in transit, as you can understand that once a parcel is posted it is entirely out of my hands, but i do obtain a Royal Mail Proof of Postage receipt for every single parcel i send, to show which post office, time and date it was posted.
