The jewellery we create is inspired by nature in all its beauty. We've started in 2012 by designing the Tiger butterfly and it was an instant success. When we saw how loved our jewellery is, we've continue to develop new designs, using new techniques, crystals and pushing our creativity further. All our pieces are designed and crafted by hand in the UK. We are a small family-run business and we try to source our supplies locally, as much as possible.
All our pieces come beautifully gift wrapped in our branded boxes.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We accept returns for any reasons, except custom orders.

If your order arrives damaged, you can send back the item or send a clear photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement as soon as possible.

If you change your mind, please contact me first. Refund will be given if item is in new condition with original packaging (shipping costs will not be refunded). Refunds can be accepted only if told within 14 days after the order was received and the items are received back within another 14 days.

If your order has been lost.
Within UK: We'll send a replacement if the order was not received in 7 working days. The replacement will be sent with Royal Mail signed for, just to be sure they will not loose the parcel again.

Within EU: We'll send a replacement if the order was not received in 15 working days.

For US and the other countries: We'll send a replacement if the order was not received in 30 working days.

Shipping policies

Our jewellery is sent in our jewellery boxes. We send all our orders with Royal Mail.

Within UK the orders should be received in 1-2 days after dispatched.

International residents please note we are not responsible for customs charges. You will not receive tracking number. If you want that the parcel is tracked, please ask for a price before purchasing.

The order can arrive in EU in 7 days after dispatched and for the rest of the world in 10-14 days after it was dispatched.
