We customized the colors a bit and Mark and Carly were quick to respond and offer alternatives. The piece took about 8-10 weeks, which was indicated when I placed my order. Shipping was through FedEx and the piece was extremely well packed. There was some damage to the carton but with the way the artwork was packed, it did not have any damage. The quality of the piece is wonderful and we are extremely pleased with the end result.
