Ceramic Handmade Wheel thrown Bud Vase in Tenmoku Brown and Cocoa Black
This handmade bud vase is wheel thrown from white stoneware, glazed with a shino base and tenmoku overlay. It is fired to cone 10 (2380 degrees F) reduction.

It measures 5.5 inches tall and 4 inches wide. It is glazed with a shino glaze with a tenmoku layered on top, which gives this lovely caramel coloring with a black overlay of color. It will hold a single rose bud or fresh cut spring flower, and would look pleasing on the mantle or the dining room table.
