The size or dimensions of all items are in the description section of the listing. We often list in both inches and millimeters. On most listings, especially charms and pendants, we also include a coin chart with each coin's dimensions for easy comparison. We provide close up images to show detail. These images are not actual size. Please refer to the dimensions in each listing to determine actual size.

JEWELRY CARE: All jewelry will feel the effects of improper care. You should remove jewelry before any type of bathing or water activity. Store your jewelry in zip top bags or jewelry boxes to avoid tangling and breakage.
1. Sterling Silver, & plated Jewelry finishes will Oxidize (turn darker) in time due to exposure to water, air, chlorine, salt air, body oils, cleaning chemicals.
2. Wood or Nut Beads are often dyed with natural dyes and can absorb water & fade due to contact with water, air, chlorine, salt air, body oils, or cleaning chemicals.
3. Shell Jewelry is quite resistant to water, salt air, etc, but the materials it is strung with and clasps can be affected over time. If you wear this jewelry in water rinse after use and dry.

Please check BOTH our regular categories and Wholesale Lots category for quantities, 1 dozen and up, with discounted prices. Search the word Wholesale in our store to see all. PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU CHOOSE FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, IT WILL BE MUCH SLOWER THAN PRIORITY, & CAN BE UP TO 30 DAYS OR MORE. While most shipments are now arriving in good time, delays are always possible. We ship to most countries via Global First Class Shipping. Priority Mail International, while pricey, will move your package faster in most cases. Your country may charge import taxes on your order. Any import fees are the buyer's responsibility.

At this time, we do not do custom engraving, stamping, or similar personalization.

We process and ship fast. Check your address before checking out. Please note that we ship Monday through Friday. Your order will likely ship same day if it is processed and paid before 12 noon Eastern time. We do state 1 day shipping, which means it can be shipped on the next business day, especially if received after 12 noon. We only ship on Saturdays during the holiday season - mid November through Christmas. If your order needs to be received in a rush, we offer faster shipping options at checkout. The only Guaranteed shipping service is UPS or USPS Priority Mail Express. Any other delivery time stated (first class and priority) are only estimates and we have no control over it.

To return an item, you must first contact us within 3 days of receipt via the Etsy message system. Please message through your order page, or provide your order #. Do not contact us by regular email or telephone for returns. We need to be able to access the order info. This is the easiest way to do it.

You will be provided with a Return Authorization # to put on the outside of the package. Returns without prior authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping except if the reason for return is our error. Photos may be required. On any items with free shipping, please realize that shipping does cost us a portion of your payment. We will deduct our original cost of shipping from your refund.

We ship most items in a simple plastic bag in well padded boxes or padded envelopes. We do not package items in gift boxes. We do offer gift boxes available as an add on purchase for $2.00 Why?
Many Etsy sellers do pack their items in gift boxes, some pretty fancy. Trust me, you're paying for that. As we are generally a supplier with many buyers who use our items as components in their own creations, packaging in this way would be a waste and add cost to all items. Also, if buying for your own use, why add the cost of a gift box you're not going to use? If you're sending your item(s) as a gift and make a note of it, we'll leave out paperwork, and happily add a little gift message tag if you wish. Just let us know what you'd like to say.

Please be aware that Sterling Silver Items are priced by weight. This is standard in the industry. So, charms, chains, earrings, etc that look alike may not be the same weight, even if they appear to be the same size. Silver prices have risen dramatically in the last 6 months. I have also seen some sellers state sterling silver in titles, while the item may be silver plated or they will call it sterling silver overlay in the description. Silver plating and Sterling Silver are 2 different things, and the cost is vastly different. Read listings carefully. Know what you are buying.
