She didn’t allow the option to track my item and had I known where it was I could’ve planned accordingly. Without the card I ordered my whole planned event was a disaster.

Hi Chuck, thank you for letting me know about this. I do offer the ability for customers to track their purchases -- instructions for how to purchase this are in every listing. Like we talked about via email, your card shipped ahead of schedule on my end, and your received confirmation of the ship date as soon as it went out. Unfortunately, USPS does run behind sometimes, which it appears they did in this case.

It’s perfect. Unfortunately, I forgot I ordered it and received it two days after my miscarriage. I wanted to pitch it, but my husband is making me keep it, in hopes we can use it in the future. The colors are great, and hopefully I get to give it to my mother soon.
