Description

Heavenly Jewels - lapis, turquoise, magnesite, red coral and super cool dangly pendant (yes, that is the official name from the vendor)...with rose pewter toggle. Approx 21" L.

I found out more about the pendant...it is from the Kuchi, which is a nomadic tribe in Afghanistan/Pakistan area, this pendant is more than likely a vintage piece.
