If you are unhappy with your item, I do accept returns, refund exchange or replace damaged items once the original piece has been returned to me.

SPECIAL / CUSTOM ORDERS are not refundable since I keep you (buyer) involved throughout the process and provide you with plenty of opportunity to make reasonable adjustments to the product as I work on your piece. Your custom piece(s) will only be shipped after receiving your approval of the item.

I have a regular full time job and I devote my valuable after work hours, energy and creativity for the piece you commission me to create for you, I deeply enjoy this process and want you to know that each piece is far from an item you can simply buy at a retail store, they are not manufactured, and require you to honor this process if you wish to order one.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Duties and Taxes are non-refundable.

Items returned to the seller are non refundable.

I do have to charge a $10 re-shelving fee for returned items in order to cover my Etsy/PayPal costs. Refunds will be sent via PayPal. (UNLESS OTHERWISE DISCUSTED)

If you are getting an exchange item the $10 re-shelving fee will not apply just a new shipping charge will be added to get the new item to you.

If your box arrives damaged, please photograph it before you open it. Documenting the damage with a camera or cell phone camera and contact me within 1 day of receipt this will help me get a refund from the shipping company on your behalf.
