Eni's tutorials are outstanding! They are detailed and easy to follow, as each step is clearly photographed even including the addition of graphics (arrows) to draw your attention to specific places on the photograph. So often tutorials skip important steps, but not with Eni's tutorials—it is easy to follow the creation of the bracelet from start to finish just with the photographs. But, it's even better! There are explicit written directions that beautifully support the photographs.

Additionally, En is incredibly receptive to questions. I had two questions, first about billing (a PayPal question) and then about a particular supply. Each time she responded quickly and thoroughly. I so appreciate that attention to detail, which makes me feel very comfortable ordering from her again!

This bracelet is absolutely amazing. The tutorial is very well designed, with clear instructions and pictures of each step. I will be purchasing more of Ms. Oken's designs. Thank you so much!!! If I can figure out how to attach pictures I will! I made a custom bracelet for a friend's mom who is battling breast cancer. She loves the ocean, so for the theme I used a starfish, which so happens to be a symbol for those recovering from breast cancer.
