We do not accept returns. We do our best to represent our items accurately. We expect our customers to contact us with any questions they have about an item before purchasing. We are reasonable people, and will be fair in the event something major has been overlooked.

If something has been broken during shipping, you must contact us immediately. Not 2 days later, not 5 days later, immediately. We cannot make a claim with the post office days after the event occurred, and will not make refunds in the event that you didn't contact us right away.

In the event an item will be returned, the buyer will pay return shipping and monies will be refunded after item is returned in the condition it was sent.

We ship within one day of purchase.

If possible your item will go out the same day.
