✫ Can I change the standard saying on my item?
And how do I personalize?

Yes, as long as it fits you can change it. If the saying you select is too long, I'll contact you. Add the item to your cart.
Put the name, date, birthmonth, crystal color, etc... in the Note to RobertaValle. If you have any question, contact me, I'll be happy to help!

MARK AS GIFT: this is a new feature, but I don't include the price on any package. Most of my customers purchase gifts sent directly to the recipient, so I already leave off the price.

✫ Can I order a large number of objects to be used for example as party favors or gifts for the guests? Yes, just contact me.

In the unlikely case that there's a problem with your personalized order, caused during shipping, like a damaged piece, or if I've made a mistake, I'm deeply sorry; please simply contact me with a picture and I'll make and ship a new one at my expenses. Depending on the problem, other options could also be: to get a partial replacement (if one piece of a set has a problem, for example) or to ship it back for repairs.

14 inches for age 4 and under;
16 inches for age 5-18;
18 inches is the most popular size for women.

adults: extra extra small: 6.25 inches (15.9 cm)

Most of my items can be customized. Personalizing is simple: just type your instructions in the notes box at checkout. The notes box will appear on the payment screen during the checkout process. In each listing you can find the processing times, which means how much time it takes me to make your item. Shipping times depends on where you live & shipping method selected. International standard shipping is usually delivered in about 1-6 working weeks depending on where you live but, especially around the Holidays, it can take anywhere from about 2 to 8 weeks to arrive. The fastest option is express shipping, which is delivered worldwide in usually just 1-3 days; it's available in your cart.
