Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Here at My Grimoire, I want clients to feel comfortable both before and after their purchase. To this end, here you are provided with a simple return and refund policy.


Item Not As Described:
My Grimoire strives to fully describe every item as accurately and completely as possible. If for some reason you do not feel the product you received matches the listing description, you may return the item(s). Please contact me within 14 days of receipt in order to arrange a return.

Item Damaged in Shipment:
My Grimoire has over 15 years of packing and shipping experience and carefully puts together all packages with the appropriate level of protection. A very small percentage of packages are mishandled or abused in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a return and refund or replacement. If a replacement is impossible, a refund will be issued automatically.

Please note all packages are covered by USPS insurance, My Grimoire may request the client's cooperation and coordination with USPS if an insurance claim is necessary. The outcome of any claim filed by My Grimoire will not affect your refund or replacement.

Item Not Received:
All shipments are sent with USPS Tracking and Delivery Confirmation.

If the package has been scanned as "Delivered' by the USPS it is assumed delivered and no refund or replacement will be given. The client should immediately contact their local Post Office and postal carrier to determine where the package was left.

Shipments scanned as "Lost" or "Damaged" by the USPS will be refunded or replaced. My Grimoire will file an insurance claim against all packages marked as lost or damaged.

Refunds are processed based on the method of payment and will be given upon receipt of the returned item, except in cases of items scanned lost or damaged by the USPS.


No refunds will be given on digital items if they have already been downloaded. If you have mistakenly purchased a digital item, immediately contact me for a refund. Do not download the file or My Grimoire will be unable to provide you with a refund as a digital item, once downloaded, cannot be returned.

Combined Shipping:
We offer combined shipping. Please add everything to your cart and check the total for an accurate shipping charge.

Standard Shipping:
Orders will usually ship within one business day after payment has cleared.

Expedited Shipping:
Please contact the shop if you need expedited shipping so special arrangements can be made for you, where possible.

Digital files are for PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE only, unless otherwise noted on the individual listing. By purchasing digital items from this shop you agree to these terms. The files may not be altered, distributed, or sold digitally or in printed format without permission from My Grimoire.

Your purchase will be available for download once payment is complete. To access your download:

(1) Check the email you used to register your Etsy account. You have received an email from Etsy with a link to download your purchase. It may be in the Spam folder.

(2) Go to “You” at the top right hand corner of Etsy. From the drop down menu choose “Purchases & Reviews.” Scroll to the order, and click the blue button that says “Download.”
