Description

50+ Campanula Canterbury Bells have always been valued for their showy three-foot stalks of double bell-shaped flowers that last from late spring and into the summer. If you want to enjoy the flowering period of this Campanula longer, keep the spent flowers deadheaded to prolong the bloom time. They are sun-lovers and establish easily from flower seed for any flower garden. Canterbury Bells are praised for being excellent cut flowers. Sow Canterbury Bell flower seeds indoors 6 - 10 weeks before your region's last frost date. Press the Campanula seeds into the soil but do not cover them. The flower seeds germinate in 14 - 21 days. Transplant the seedlings outdoors in rich, well-drained soil that has plenty of compost or sphagnum peat moss worked in. The Campanula plants need a site in full sun to light shade. Instructions included. Combined shipping discount...all additional items ship free.
