I ship using USPS First Class Mail with an upgrade available at checkout. However, I have to use Priority Mail, for the larger sweaters and for multiple items within one order. USPS First Class International is used for overseas orders.

My hope is that you'll be completely happy with your purchase, but if this is sadly not the case, please contact me as soon as possible for authorization for a refund or exchange. If the item is returned in new/ unworn condition within 14 days then the purchase price will be refunded, upon the item's return.

In the rare event that a package is damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damage for reference.
Please notify me as soon as possible if a cancellation is required as many times I will ship the same day as I receive your order. A cancellation cannot be processed after shipping.

Due to different monitors, tablets, and phones, colors may vary slightly from the original photo although I make every effort to avoid this.

UK customers ..... Babywear and Children's Clothing is exempt from VAT, but an £8 Royal Mail handling charge may apply on receipt of the item.

Other imported goods with a value of over £15 ($20), will incur a VAT charge of 20%, plus the handling charge, upon receipt. VAT is not included in the listed purchase price.

All custom fees, taxes and surcharges of the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser. This also applies to other EU countries.

If an EU, or UK, buyer refuses acceptance of a package due to a VAT or handling charge, then only the item price and not the cost of shipping will be refunded and any cost incurred by the postal service, in shipping the item back to me will be deducted.

A detailed care label is sewn inside every item. Also a size label, when applicable.

The measurements of the garments are included in every listing description. Please check with the child when possible, for a good fit.

"Marked as Gift" at checkout simply means there will be no prices shown on any included invoice.

If you are in the EU and return an item within 14 days of notification of requiring a refund, i.e. up to 30 days after receipt of item, then the original price of item plus shipping will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
For other countries, please return an item within 14 days of receipt of item and the refund will be of item price only. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.
Please return the item in suitable packaging for protection during shipping.
