Pattern directions are for the 36" x 36" quilt size shown, which is my favorite size quilt to make, as it looks great hung on a wall or slung on a table, (so lovely with a pretty vase of flowers on top!) It’s also a wonderful size to wrap a baby in, and perfect for a little one to drag around and snuggle with! This size quilt offers quick satisfaction and works great as a platform for creative exploration. To assist in that exploration, I have provided a handy "Windmills and Silos" coloring page at the end of this pattern, for you to print out and fill in with your own different color combinations.

NOTE: This pattern is very similar to my "Raise the Barn Roof High" pattern in terms of construction. Color and block placement is what gives it a totally different look. If you enjoy this method of quilt design, you will be sure to enjoy my "Raise the Barn Roof High" pattern as well, which you can find here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/192950405/pdf-quilt-pattern-raise-the-barn-roof?ref=listing-shop-header-1
