This listing is for: 1 Rush Order fee, priced based on your TOTAL number of items ordered as follows:

1-5 items - $10 (ships next business day if ordered by 3pm, CST)
6-10 Items - $20 (ships in 1-2 business days if ordered by 3pm, CST)
11-15 Items - $30 (ships in 2 business days if ordered by 3pm, CST)

-I make all items by hand, so more items take more time to make, therefore I charge higher for each 5-item increment. You MUST choose the option matching the total number of items being purchased; if you do not, your order WILL BE CANCELLED. I will not separate a single order into two separate shipments. If you'd like a portion of your order rushed and the other portion sent on the regular processing schedule, then you need to make two separate orders to accommodate two separate shipping charges, purchasing this "Rush Order" listing with the order you would like to be rushed. This is non-negotiable. Any abuse of this listing, and your order WILL BE CANCELLED without question.

Returns and exchange details

~ ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since items are custom made once an order is placed, I cannot accept returns/exchanges. You can always contact me before making your purchase if you have any questions on sizing/colors.

~ PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEMS UPON ARRIVAL. If an item has a defect, you must contact me WITHIN 48 hours of delivery of your order, no exceptions. Once hearing your issue, I will decide if an inspection for an exchange of an exact duplicate is the next step. (After an item is 'tried on' or worn, I have no way of telling who's error the defect was, so again: please inspect your items upon arrival and BEFORE trying on/wearing. I know my own work; I can easily tell if an item has been worn and WILL NOT refund any of these items, so don't try to fool....I know the difference.) I only grant exchanges after careful inspection, and they will not be exchanged for a different color, size, style, etc.; they will be for an exact duplicate. Please do not attempt to mail an item for exchange without contacting me first!! Any items shipped back to me with permission MUST be shipped on the very next business day. I will not allow any defective returns if they are not postmarked by next business day.

~ My items are designed for young children, those little cuties :) who also carry germs, therefore due to health/sanitary issues, I cannot accept any returns for any reason except specifically listed above only after approval.

~ If you order the wrong size, I cannot refund your money, however I can remake a new size after payment is received for the new order.

~ Items are shipped using USPS. Tracking info will be provided upon shipment.

~ Due to authorization purposes, all PayPal orders will be sent to the address listed in PayPal ONLY.

~ Once an item is shipped, Priority Mail items arrive within 1-3 days, and 1st Class arrive in 1-5 days (excluding Sundays & observed holidays.) Although it's very rare, occasionally the USPS does not cooperate. Once the item is accepted at the US Post Office, I have no control over how they handle their services, therefore I cannot prevent postal delays. I will, however, always make every attempt to help locate any delayed packages should this issue ever occur. Therefore, it is best to order in plenty of time, to allot for this possibility...just in case!

~ All delivery times are estimates only and apply to the continental U.S.

Deliveries to these addresses take longer than regular shipping to the states, even with Priority Mail Shipping. My posted turn-around time still applies, regardless, for the amount of time it takes for me to make and mail the order. The actual shipping time for these addresses, like all addresses, is in the hands of the Post Office.

~ Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping labels are printed automatically from the address entered BY THE CUSTOMER. Make sure your address is correct!! If an item is returned to me because of an incorrect address issue, customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

~ It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure safe keeping of 'Delivered' packages. Once the Post Office 'delivers' to the address provided, noted by tracking and verified by the Federal Postal Carrier, I am no longer responsible for what happens to the package from your doorstep, mailbox, etc. This is in accordance to the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), enforced by the Federal Trade Commission. If you are going on vacation, live in a questionable area, or just plain forget to check your mail on a regular basis, please contact me beforehand and arrangements can be made for you to pick up your package at your local Post Office - ID will be required upon pickup and must be picked up by addressee only.

~ I will not use 3rd or 4th party shipping services which ship to other countries. Orders requesting I ship a package to another International shipping service, will be cancelled.

FAQs

Most items in my shop can be customized. There are so many color combination options, its hard to photograph them all. So if you see a clothing item you like, but an embellishment color used on another listing you'd prefer, send me a message!
Items are based on regular clothing size, not actual age or weight. Remember, I am always happy to assist with sizing if needed, and have helped fit many shapes and sizes, so don't be afraid to contact me if you need help!
Hand washing and spot cleaning are recommended for the clothing items.

Personally, I like to soak overnight with OxiClean for those tough spots - but, then again, my little princess isn't afraid to get her clothes dirty, either!! ...Works well after cake smash photo sessions, too! ;)
Yes! If you see a floral embellishment on an item, I can also make a matching headband with the same embellishment. Just send me a message and I can setup a private listing for you!
Yes! I make all floral embellishments from my own raw supplies, so if you wanted to use a mix of rose colors instead of using just one color, send me a message!
Yes! Shipping rates shown under each listing are for individual purchases using either Priority Mail (ex: clothing) or 1st Class Mail (ex: headbands); however when purchasing multiple items, this rate is automatically reduced for the 2nd and any subsequent items on the same order during checkout.
