I was really excited to make these jackets for my kids. I still a beginner but tend to do well with good instructions and visuals. I now have two unfinished jackets because I just can't figure it out. First problem I'm having is the little slit on sleeve where you'd attach cuffs. Secondly, the hemming on the bottom. Unless I did it wrong but I can't fold mine under edge to edge because there's parts bears edges which are already sewn down. My plan is just use bias tape on bottom and hopefully that will look okay.
