All of our oils come from a "Mother". The mother is the first batch of the oil with all of its herbs, stones, resins, etc. Usually this is made in a glass jar of some kind. Every Spellmaker oil that you have used had a mother. Naturally, over the almost 20 years, the mother has been absorbed into most of the oils but we continue to use the same containers and keep the essence of the oil alive over the years.
