sometimes i am able to customize/change up pieces. maybe you'd like your necklace a little longer, or would prefer a different clasp. sometimes i am able to accommodate such requests, and it will only cost you a little extra. please feel free to convo me with any questions.

* please don't wear your jewelry whilst swimming, bathing or showering. * please do not sleep in your jewelry. * please avoid contact with oils/chemicals such as found in lotions and perfumes. * to clean, wipe gently with a polishing cloth or soft dry cloth. * keep your sterling pieces in plastic (zip-lock) bags to stave off tarnishing.

Gift wrapping and packaging

all jewelry orders are mailed in gift boxes, ready for giving to others, or yourself. (you've been working hard. you deserve it.)

will i receive the item photographed in the listing?

yes, unless otherwise stated. 99.9% of my pieces are made and ready to ship.

do you create custom pieces, or can you alter an item for me?

sometimes i am able to create custom pieces. please feel free to ask. also, if you see something you like, but would like it changed up - please let me know. i will do my best to accommodate you. understand, a change isn't always possible. there will be an extra charge for altering an item. this charge is usually starts around $5 and goes up, depending on the request. altered/changed items are not returnable. an item that you would like altered/changed must be purchased (at the agreed upon price) before it is altered. i will let you know the length of time it will take before i can mail your item. please convo me with any questions.
