I ordered this item early November and did not receive it until yesterday. The owner sent out information supposedly related to the item I purchased, but related to another matter from 2012 - what a joke. Not only was it WEEKS late, but the quality of the engraving was very poor - how can you monogram something have not have it centered? I would never refer this buyer to anyone else. This was the first time I have ever bought anything through Etsy and I will never do so again.
