Colour is such an important part of human expression. Aside from its roots in science, art, music, language and politics, colours serve as a means of expressing, defining, differentiating, relating, remembering and describing ourselves and the world around us. Colours have been used to describe entire populations, and used by individuals to set themselves apart from the others.

These people are all similar yet different, and in this case, differentiated by colours representational of their history, mood, style and disposition.

These are original mixed media works on paper. I've screenprinted the figures onto 270gsm printmaking paper and glued on a t-shirt cut from recycled colour chips from the paint store. Works measure 6" x 8" (15 x 20cm). Each is handmade and one of a kind.

[This listing is for *one* piece only - the one in the first pictures]

Payment by Paypal only, but Australian customers are more than welcome to pay by money order or direct deposit - please convo me first for details. And of course, I do combine postage for multiple purchases.
