Description

"Repair My Exo!" is a blend of much needed nutrients for your hermit crab(s) after they come up from molting. When a crab molts, it takes a lot of energy out of them, and they need a lot of calcium and protein to regain their strength and rebuild a strong, healthy exoskeleton.

"Repair My Exo!" is full of calcium, and has powdered fish in the mix for protein. It contains oyster shell, coral powder and powdered fish.

You can serve this mix alone, or add it into fresh, organic, honey to give your crabs more energy.

Returns and exchange details
I do not accept returns or offer refunds on food items, unless the packaging is completely intact, and it is within two days of the delivery date. In order to return an item, you must first contact me to get permission, and make arrangements with me to send the item back. I cannot refund shipping costs, and I am not responsible for the return shipping fee.

If you need to cancel an order, please let me know ASAP within 36 hours of placing your order.

PLEASE NOTE:
Due to an increase in orders, there is a processing time of up to 2 weeks on all orders. This means that your order should not be expected to be going into the mail before 2 weeks has passed. This processing time of 2 weeks is the time that I need for the entire preparing and packaging process. This time DOES NOT include the shipping time. Thank you very much for your understanding and patience! I cannot thank you enough! I am trying to get your orders out sooner than that, when possible, but it has been taking me just about the entire 2 weeks on average.
If you are running out of something and need your order sooner, please let me know by sending me a conversation (Etsy does not give me notifications when you add a note, when you place your order) and I will do my best to get it out sooner for you. :)

If your ship by date falls on a holiday (including Mondays when the post office is closed), OR if your ship by date is within a day or two of a holiday, please trust that I will do everything in my power to get your order out timely. Also, if your order falls on a holiday or within a day or two of a holiday, you may experience delays in shipment on behalf of the post office. I always take packaged orders to the post office on the day you get notified that your order has shipped. Also note that if the post office staff has not individually handled and scanned in your package, the shipment status will say: "Pre-Shipment, Awaiting Item". So if it is the day after you received notification that your order has shipped, and the shipping status says, "Pre-Shipment, Awaiting Item," I can assure you that I have, in fact, taken your package to the post office and beyond that, I have no control.
So if you notice that the ship-by-date for your order falls on or around a holiday, please don't hesitate to send me a conversation, if you have any concerns. :)

Please note that the 'ship by date' means that it will go into the mail by this date, not arrive by this date, I apologize for any misunderstandings there may be with that. To get an idea of when to expect your order, add the processing time (2 weeks) and the shipping time (approximately 2-5 business days). To be on the safe side, and unless you and I were able to arrange for your order to go out sooner, you can expect to have your order as early as up to 3 weeks from the date you place your order.
