To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations---If you notify our team with 5 business days and need to cancel, if production has not started, we can offer a complete refund. Once production has
started and you are asking to cancel, there will be a 20% stocking fee to cancel your order.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Orders will take 2-3 weeks for delivery, with the exception of Bridal dresses. Average shipping for Bridal dresses is 6-8 weeks. We will notify you, by email, with an expected ship date. Let us know your wear date---we will make every effort to accommodate you.

BRIDAL SEASON---During Bridal season, our production can be very heavy. Please understand there can be delays in your ship date. If you would please MAKE A NOTE with your WEAR DATE. Thank you!

All packages will ship by USPS Priority Mail and will have insurance and require a signature upon delivery. If an item shows delivery, but you have not received the item, the responsibility will be for you to follow up with your local Post Office. We are not responsible for items that are showing delivered, but not received.

INTERNATIONAL: We will ship internationally. All custom fees, tariffs, and any other government fees will be the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to find out if there will be any fees.
