Please contact me with any type of custom order you would like done. I’ll happily set up a listing specifically for your request.

Custom orders usually take about 5-7 days to complete (depending on crystal color choices and availability) and ship from date of payment.

Once the payment has been cleared, I order supplies if necessary, since I keep limited inventory. Once supplies are received I begin making your order.

I don't pre-make items, so each order is unique to just you. I will make each item to your color choice and request.
All automotive parts will withstand weather conditions and car washes. If for some reason they don’t hold up (which hasn’t happened yet), I will repair or replace the item(s), customer will only be responsible for return shipping.

Handmade jewelry made with Swarovski® crystals should never be cleaned in any type of jewelry cleaner. Simply use a soft cloth and rub them free of dust or fingerprints. I include care instructions with each purchase.

Baby shoes are made with a non toxic adhesive. However, with any small child and possible choking hazards, please don’t leave the child unattended.

These are really just precautions. I know you’ll love your items, and I’ll love making them for you!

Absolutely. It disappoints and irritates me to see someone advertising that they use Swarovski, when in fact, they don’t or they are providing a mix of majority glass rhinestones with a few Swarovski sprinkled in. The quality is in the crystal. If you’d like, I can send you the factory package your crystals were sent in to show you that they are 100% authentic and genuine.

If their price is lower, they’re usually not using 100% of Swarovski crystals in their products.
Due to each item being custom made for each individual, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. HOWEVER, I keep in contact with you and ask any questions I may have prior to and during the creating process. And I encourage you to do the same. I genuinely want you to love your item.

I protectively package each item to arrive to you safely. I also pay to insure your shipped item (without cost to you) to protect your investment in case of damage during shipping. If you pay shipping for an item, you’re only paying the calculated price USPS charges without insurance (unless you choose priority). I will gladly assist you in whatever means necessary if your item has incurred damage during shipment.
