Your final balance will include any applicable shipping costs and will be due after your design is approved and prior to any printing or production. For larger orders over $300 we do accept payment plans. Please note that while design work can be started with your initial deposit payment, NO printing or assembly will done until the payment plan is complete.

::::: CANCELLATION POLICY :::::
We start processing your order within 24 hours of payment. If you have ordered a non-personalized order, cancelations must be made within 24 hours.

For personalized/custom orders, we add you to our calendar as soon as payment is received. We are unable to accept cancellations at that time. If you purchased a design deposit ($100) and choose to cancel your order, your deposit will be forfeited.

Returns and exchange details
We strive for each of our clients to be 100% happy with their purchase. We do our best to ensure that everything that goes out of our studio is something we are proud of! However, our items are handmade by us right here in the studio so errors may occur from time to time. If this error is our fault - we will gladly work with you to make things right!

For all custom printed items, a proof will be emailed to you for approval generally within 5 business days of purchase. We will certainly do our best to ensure all information is exactly as supplied to us during the proofing process and will always run a basic spell check. If we do spot any errors, we will let you know. It is the clients responsibility to give final approval to the proof, and we cannot be held responsible for any errors found after printing.

As with all digital designs and printing, colors will vary from monitor to monitor and slight variations may occur when printing. We cannot be held responsible for any of these variations.

Due to their digital nature, refunds are not provided for printable items or instant download.

Shipping policies

We ship our packages via USPS with tracking. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the postal service.

Insurance is not purchased for most items. Please let us know if you would like to purchase insurance for your items.

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: For International orders (including Canada) - a tracking number is not always available with Priority Mail.
If you would like your order to include tracking, you must upgrade your shipping to Express. You will be charged accordingly for this upgrade.

Please note: From time to time, depending on the amount of orders we receive and rush orders, there may be a slight delay in shipping your order. If for some reason there will a shipment delay longer than one week, we will email you as soon as possible to make arrangements.

To get added to our design calendar, we do require a $100 design deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, the deposit will not be refunded. Upon purchase, we will reserve your spot on our production calendar. Your deposit will be applied towards your final balance. For large orders, we do accept payment plans; however, the balance must be paid prior to any production being started.

For custom printed items, a digital proof will be sent via an Etsy conversation. For most items a proof will generally be emailed to you within 5 business days. (Time may vary slightly based on our current production schedule.)

Please note that our proofing process and times frames depend on our clients timely responses. We anticipate an average of 3-5 business days for the proofing process per client once initial proof is received. Should we not hear from you within 3 business days of one of our designers contacting you, your order will be placed to the back of our queue and the original delivery time frame discussed will no longer be valid.

For rush orders, an average of 1-2 business days for proofing is anticipated. Approval taking longer than this will delay the original time frame discussed.

For all of our designs, you will receive 3 complimentary rounds of revisions. For the vast majority of our clients, this is more than enough revisions; however, should you need additional changes we can certainly do so. Each additional change after the three rounds will result in an additional $25 design fee.

We LOVE when our clients have ideas regarding their designs. If you have a particular font or graphic you are interested in - let us know! We are more than happy to create a custom look for you. Please note that depending on the graphic requests or font requests additional fees may occur depending on licensing information.

In a time crunch? We can usually accommodate rush orders--please contact us prior to placing your order if you need your item rushed. Rush orders will be subject to a rush fee. These fees vary depending upon the item, quantity needed, amount of customization, etc. Please contact us if you are interested in placing a rush order and we will be happy to assist you in determining the fees and setting up a reserved listing for you to purchase.
