I cannot speak more highly of Amy, this etsy owner! I ordered a necklace the week before X-Mas and it was unfortunately stolen by a porch pirate. No more than 5 mins after I flagged this for Amy through the Etsy site, I got a call directly from Amy offering her assistance to start troubleshooting the problem. Usually, when this happens, many businesses big and small will take the approach of "not my problem, figure it out yourself." Not Amy. She immediately said that she would be the one to reach out to UPS to solve the issue, then turned around again to rush deliver a replacement order in time for X-Mas. This time with clear delivery instructions taped to the box. The necklace was delivered last night, in time for X-Mas, and is now comfortably under the tree. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. HIGHLY recommend.

I bought the gold XO necklace as a birthday gift for my cousin who got married this month. Their first dance was to John Mayer’s cover of “XO” so, a perfect sentiment and I found it by accident!!! In addition to the gorgeously wrapped package that is ready to gift, the seller responded immediately to my questions. She left me a sweet note as well. It’s so obvious that a lot of care went into creating this piece. Very grateful to have found them!
