This is a pattern for a top-down seamless hooded jacket. The sleeves and lower body flare out into a chunky lace pattern reminiscent of peacock feathers. This pattern can be worked in one or two colours, and as it is worked from the top down, the length of body and sleeves can be adapted.

Awful pattern to follow. Stitch count was wrong on occasion and when I knitted borders I nearly threw it in the bin! So complicated and didn't fit. Why? Had to unpick back down to beginning of armholes and redo. Tip - pick up stitches to knit borders don't do them separately as was a mess . Use buttons as poppers unsightly and will pull at wool. Knit in eyes as felt looks atrocious. Used another pattern for hat as looked awful in picture.
