This is an excellent side that goes with sandwiches, cheesesteak, eggs and much more. Just put some in a bowl and enjoy if that is your thing. This is the 4th or fifth time I have ordered from sonoma farms. Always comes packaged with bubble wrap for protection and the top is sealed shut. I have never had an issue with leakage. This is a spicy product.

Update: After we posted this review we heard from the shop. They did send us another jug but this time it was broken in transit. I contacted them again but didn't hear back. We give up. I've updated to 4 stars because at least they tried but I'm just not going to order from here again. I'm sad about it. It used to be really good. 4th time buying this gallon sized jug. Unfortunately, something was really wrong with this batch and we had to throw the whole thing away. We've not been able to get a response from the seller for how to remedy this. We're pretty sad as this was our favorite hot mix up to this point.
