2) Next you will receive a confirmation message within 24 hours
3) Attach a clear, large original photo to the message sent through Etsy (please do not email images outside of the Etsy conversation system)
4) A cut-out proof will be sent to you within 24-48 hours
5) Approve your proof as soon as possible
6) Shipping notification will be sent when your order is complete

The quality of the photo dictates the quality of the pillow. We are happy to look at photos before you purchase to find the best possible photo option.
Use the camera or picture icon to upload clear large images to the Etsy conversation we send once an order has been placed. Avoid submitting screenshots and social media images.

CANVAS (BEST PHOTO QUALITY) - Canvas is a 100% polyester fabric. Characterized by sturdy construction and vivid, crisp color. Eco Canvas provides the clearest photo quality when printed.
VELVET (SOFT + BETTER PHOTO QUALITY) - Velvet is a luxurious, 100% polyester heavyweight velvet and will add sophistication to any pillow with its high luster sheen and super soft hand.
MINKY (SOFTEST) - Minky is an incredibly soft, comforting, and plush 100% polyester fabric. This fabric is usually used for baby blankets and plush toys due to its cloud-like softness.
*All our fabrics are printed in-house using ecologically-safe transfer sublimation inks that provide vibrant color and strong wash durability

Measurement of the longest side depends on the purchased size. The short side is based on the size of the photo provided

♥TURNAROUND TIMES

It takes 3-7 working days to complete orders once your proof has been approved (may be longer during the holidays)

♥PROOFS

Proofs are your image cut-out of the photo background. Proofs are not an actual representation of the printing results. Some fabrics print crisper than others.
1 complimentary proof and 1 revision is provided with each order (extra fees may apply when submitting new images and after one revision)
In an effort to process your order as quickly as possible, proofs are automatically sent to print after 48 hours.

♥PRODUCT CARE

Machine wash in cold water, using a phosphate-free detergent. Machine dry using a low-temperature setting for 10 to 15 minutes.

♥CANCELATIONS

Orders can only be canceled before cut out has been provided and within 24 hours. (if canceling after a proof has been provided a $4.00 proofing fee will be deducted from the refund)
