All of the botanicals used in our Absinthe blend are organic certified through the Oregon Tilth and imported through the Fair for Life program. We grind each ingredient fresh at the time of blending to ensure the highest level of quality. The blended spices stay fresh for 2 years if stored in a temperature controlled area away from light. Our herb suppliers are located domestically and perform extensive testing on every herbal product they sell to maintain optimal quality.
