This is a mail order pattern by Don Loper. Original mailing envelope not included. Pattern appears to be a late 50s early 60s tailored skirt and jacket in the Jackie O style. The designer, Don Loper, appeared in an episode of I Love Lucy, "The Fashion Show" in 1955. He was a celebrity designer. This pattern is for a tailored jacket with a wrap over collar and is a short waisted three button closure. Skirt is slim fit with a zipper closure.
