All of our items are custom made with many colors and surfaces to choose from. We cannot accept a request to cancel order after 24hrs from original purchase. Otherwise, the production of your custom order is in progress and cannot be refunded. We will however offer an in-store credit in the amount paid for a different item.

Damage to purchased item through shipping will be dealt with fairly. Please contact me within 2 days if item arrives damaged due to shipping. All packing material needs to be saved, pictures sent of damaged item, box and packing material so I can file a claim with FedEx. I purchase insurance on every item for you and will refund money once I receive FedEx reimbursment for claim.
If shipping box and packing material are discarded before pictures are sent for claim, I am unable to replace or reimburse for damaged product.

Yes, all our chalkboards do well with Regular Chalk and Chalk Ink Pens. I only recommend Chalkink.com brand pens. We send regular chalk and eraser along with care and cleaning instructions with each chalkboard order.
Both our White and Steel surface Dry Erase Boards use any Dry Erase Marker and easily clean up with daily erasing or simply using Dry Erase Board spray cleaner.
