I just received the item, so I have not tried it. I do enjoy EEP so I'm looking forward to working with the templates. It was what I expected as I have ordered templates before. I have not seen the template for the shield before, so I was interested in working with this design.

This was a PDF pattern. No difficulty downloading. I haven’t made anything yet but printed out a couple of sheets of templates with card stock like paper
