This is an original 1835 hand colored aquatint by W.J. Huggins (1781-1845), a well regarded maritime artist from England. Overall framed size is approximately 24" by 30.5". The wooden frame looks like maple, but I'm not sure. I haven't taken the engraving out of the frame. It is matted and the exposed art of the print is approximately 15.75" by 22.5". The image is of Lord Yarborough's yacht, the Falcon. The engraving is by C. Rosenberg. The print has some light foxing from age, but overall condition is good. I had a difficult time getting pictures of it that weren't distorted with reflections. The label on the back, in picture #5, is from the company that framed it, probably in the 1960s. This is not a reproduction, but is an original 1835 etching.
