8Bit Memory is pleased to offer a 30 day refund and a 1 year replacement warranty on all our items. Up to 30 days after your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund for any reason, and all of our products are covered with a repair or replacement warranty for 1 year after the date of purchase.

In the event of a hard drive failure, contact us for replacement details. PLEASE back up your data! Data recovery is NOT COVERED under this warranty. If your hard drive is removed from the enclosure or if the enclosure has been opened, it is NOT COVERED under this warranty. If you have issues with your hard drive, please contact me immediately for return, repair, or replacement. Do not remove the drive yourself. If the enclosure has been opened or tampered with, the warranty will no longer be in effect. For a warranty replacement or repair, the drive MUST be returned for inspection. Return shipping charges are the customer responsibility.

If you would like insurance and tracking for your shipment, please contact us. We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned, the buyer is responsible for any cost to re-send the package to the correct address.
