May I view a drawing of the design before it is finalized?
Yes, a draft drawing of signs is sent for your approval before actual sign is made. Once sign is made a photo is sent of the actual sign for approval before it is varnished.

May I see a draft before I purchase my custom chalkboard?
Usually, I am not able to work on unpaid orders however you may purchase a non-refundable deposit for a drawing draft that is deducted from your final bill.

May I order any of the designs with my dates and names and special wording?
Yes! I can usually fit your wording in any design. It is helpful to send a conversation email through etsy with your wording and desired size and design so we can make sure it fits and make a custom listing for you.

How can I custom order a sign?
Send a conversation through etsy from a listing you like, tell me size, framed or unframed, and zip code any designs you like or I can always make a new design just for you! I can also send you a pricelist of standard sizes. You are not limited to standard size I can do any size!
