Orders that contain made-to-order items will ship in the timeframe designated in the listing. All other orders will ship per the stated time in each of the product listings. You are welcome to enquire if we can ship your item earlier and usually it does. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.


~ CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS
We do accept cancellations within 12 hours of the purchase. Please take the time to review your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

We ship all orders to the "SHIP TO" address listed in Etsy (NOT the PayPal address). If you make a mistake on your shipping address in Etsy, please contact us immediately so that we can correct your order.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address listed in Etsy is correct. We cannot refund or replace packages that are sent to an address that a buyer has entered by mistake.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
PLEASE NOTE that we CANNOT GUARANTEE delivery of a package in a specific timeframe. The Hong Kong Postal Service and your home country's postal service together are responsible for delivering your package on time, and we cannot control or influence their delivery schedule. If you need the items for a particular event, please make every effort to order early to avoid the disappointment of a delayed package.
