Description

Set of six cereal or soup (or ice cream) bowls in the "Vista" pattern from Casual Ceram, beautiful and collectible mid-century Japanese stoneware.

This pattern features a soft green spiral swirl in the main section, and a deeper olive green band around the outer rim. The outer rim is also stamped with a ridged pattern all the way around.

Casual Ceram patterns remain very popular even 40+ years later, probably due to the lovely and striking glazes the brand was known for. The pottery is also good sturdy stoneware, masterfully crafted in Japan. These bowls have some light utensil marks here and there, but they are overall in excellent condition otherwise, including the backs, with rich color and glossy outer glaze. None of them have any chips or cracks.

They measure approximately 6 7/8" in diameter, and 2 3/16" tall.

If you don't need all six bowls, please let me know. I'm happy to sell them individually too!
