Description

An extremely hard pattern to find. This is the small rectangular platter measuring about 8.25' x 11.75". It is in used shape, and has some wear on the edge trim and where it turns into the basin, probably from another dish resting on it, several scratches, especially in one area of the flat part, where there are many as compared to the other half of the basin, There are two flatter-type of chips under the rim (see photos) which really do not interfere with the front profile. Has an older marking, but I cannot guess from when. At this point there is no crazing or crackling, but this is they type of earthenware or china that crackles very easily with any extreme fluctuations in temperature, so you want to avoid putting them in extremely hot water. Not good for dishwasher. Gold trim is still in okay shape for a dish of this age and used. If it weren't chipped I would say good condition for such an old piece, but as chipped, I would say fair. It looks part handpainted with the flowers. Standards for this type of china is different from todays, so you have to expect some oddities, even with the sloppy placement of the company mark.

I don't do returns or exchanges, but feel free to convo questions. Easy to combine ship with other pieces I have in the pattern. Pick up Boston or Norwood , MA always an option. Shipping overage of $1 or more will be refunded.
