How do I know which size will fit the best for my pet?

Even though there's a size chart in every listing description, sometimes it might be hard to choose the correct size due to every pet coming in different shapes just like us humans. If you're not sure about the size, feel free to message me over here on Etsy! I can always help you to decide on the correct size based on the weight/measurements and will also gladly make a custom size sweater for your pet.

Does your sizing run on the smaller/bigger side? I buy M size sweaters for my pet from another shop, so will your M size fit my pet?

My sizes run on the bigger side. If you buy certain size sweaters from another shop, there's a big possibility my sweaters in the same size will not fit your pet. For this reason you should ALWAYS measure your pet before purchasing. There's a size chart in every listing description,so please take a look at it before making a purchase.

Can the sweater I like be sleeveless?

Every single sweater in my shop can be customized the way you want it. When checking out, simply write to a "Note to Seller" that you'd like the sweater to be sleeveless.

I received an item, but do not like it./I've been waiting for over 30 days and the item still hasn't reached me. What should I do now?

If for some reason the item doesn't meet your expectations or you haven't received the item you ordered, always message me first before leaving a review. I am always willing to work on the best solution that would be good for both of us.

International orders are usually delivered within 10-14 working days, though can sometimes take longer. Regrettably, I have no control over how long the international postal system will take to deliver your order. Please note that there has recently been an increase in customs and security checks for orders arriving by air to the USA and Canada, which means that North American orders are sometimes taking a number of weeks to be delivered.
