There are LOTS of round pasta racks and most have spokes that get progressively closer to the counter. I don't know how you'd plan for that! Our round model 12 spokes. All are the same distance from the counter top. This handmade hardwood pasta drying rack holds up to 11 sq feet of pasta. That's the amount of a pasta you could make using 8 eggs and about 5 cups of flour and rolling to thickness 5 on the Kitchen Aid Pasta Roller. The components may be made of poplar, maple or ash. The wood is unfinished. You may wash the pieces before and using with a damp cloth, but do not immerse the pieces as swelling of the unfinished wood may occur.

Assembly is easy. Simply add the top and bottom hubs and insert the 3 legs and 12 fingers. When finished, break it down and store it in the shipping container it arrived in - a 2" X 3" x 10" re-closable box. It stores easily in any kitchen drawer.

We have added an optional drawstring storage bag for only $5.00 more (a$7.95 value) when ordered with the rack. Bag must be shipped with the rack.

If you order the storage bag, we'll not include the re-closeable box as you won't need it!

The 6 1/2" extension of the dowel arms is perfect for the typical hand cranked pasta rolling machine or the Kitchen Aid pasta roller/cutter. Of course you can use the rack for pasta rolled with a pin.

Returns are accepted for any reason for 90 days. Replacement for broken returned parts is no charge for 1 year for normal wear and tear.

This rack is perfect! It's well made out of perfectly appropriate wood. I love that it has a wide base of support without taking up all of my counter space (I can work around it). I love that I can let the pasta feed onto one of the arms as it comes out of the machine, and then stick them into the disk, or I can bring the arm up under my hand to load it with the pasta. It has great balance, so I don't have to worry that I'm inserting the arms in the holes next to the others, not having to put them in opposite each other to keep it from tipping over. They even made the upright stem a little longer, which is perfect, as I love long pasta; and it all fits into the bag without any difficulty!

This is a clever and fantastically well crafted pasta drying rack. It’s sturdy, yet light weight and fits nicely into the well made canvas storage case that comes with the drying rack. I love that it’s made of natural wood and not plastic. Thanks so much!!

Love love love this! I’ve been learning how to make pasta during quarantine and this has been a super helpful tool. And Mark is a great seller to work with. The post office fudged up and the original one was lost in the mail, and Mark was incredibly helpful and sent me another one. The rack itself is very easy to put together and Mark supplies instructions on how to put it together as well as how to clean it and a recipe for pasta. An amazing product from an amazing vendor!
